Plain words, same as everything else we do. This page says what this site collects, who else touches it, what it's used for, and how to make us delete it.
What we collect
Only what you give us:
- In the chat box: your name, your email address, and whatever you type into the message. The chat is there so you can ask a question or report something that isn't working.
- In the intake form: the business and contact details you enter so we can build your free demo and respond. A short privacy note also sits at the intake form itself.
- When you pay: payment runs through secure checkout (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
The chat runs on Tawk.to
Our chat box is powered by Tawk.to, a third-party service that processes chat for us. When the chat is on a page, Tawk.to sets cookies and records technical visit information, including:
- the pages you viewed on this site and your visit history here,
- your IP address and approximate location (city/region level),
- basic device and browser details needed to run the chat.
Tawk.to handles that information to run the chat service for us. You can read Tawk.to's own privacy policy on their website. If you're visiting from the EU or UK, the chat's visitor-tracking features stay off until you consent, where consent is required.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works; the chat bubble may not.
How we use it
Two things only: to answer your messages and to run and fix this site — including building the demo you asked for. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Chat conversations are kept while we resolve what you wrote about, and deleted once they're resolved. Intake details are kept so we can build, deliver, and follow up on your demo and site.
Ask us to delete your information
Email hustleroyaltyhq@gmail.com from the email address you used in the chat or the intake form, and say you want your information deleted. We'll delete your chat records and intake details and confirm by email when it's done.
⚠️ Please don't send card numbers, passwords, or full payment details in the chat. Payments happen through secure checkout links — the chat can point you there, but it never collects payment information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. The version here is the one that counts.
